So this happened yesterday. A guy I knew was at some cultural event and mistook a foreign exchange student from Spain to be his friends and put his arms around him and started talking to him in Punjabi. The Spanish guy was puzzled and said in broken English that he was from Spain.

My friend was in complete shock and told me he looked fully curry. He showed me a picture tbh I didn't see the curry resemblance. He was just very tanned and dark skinned for a Spaniard but he clearly had a european skull. His features also looked euro but he had a somewhat ethnic nose, lips. Upper class north western curries can have similar coloration to him but don't have the euro skull and features. He had a Paleo Sardinian pheno but maybe it was because I knew about phenotypes I was able to tell. So is this how normies classify people? Based on skin color? Jfl

I remember going to Spain once when I was younger for vacation, it legit didn’t look too different from the times I went to vacation in Latin America.

I remember once assuming this guy was Indian and later finding out he was Italian

When I visited southern Europe, I saw a lot of guys who I thought were Arab/indian/smth at first glance, but when I looked again I could tell they were med. Just darker skin

But no this guy wasn’t like that, I actually thought he was Indian for a while
