Speaking at a TedEx talk

Hi guys, probably not a very good place to get advice, but i've just got an interview to be able to perform a tedex talk; its gonna be like an econ-related subject. Basically, what im asking is that i'm kinda nd, and I have multiple like impediments (tourettes, aspergers, adhd) that might hinder my performance in the interview and if i somehow pass it, the actual tedex talk. I can somewhat control these things, ive done public speaking before, but nothiing like this. If i dont wanna drink alcohol what can I take to lower my inhib so I preeform better, and how do u guys think I can impress the judges so they choose me to talk my tedex talk

Good to put on personal statement, and the topic I'm choosing is quite interesting, and I want to prove to myself I can speak in front of a crowd which ive struggled with since childhood, ive had to use a shit ton of mental control to control my tourettes and take some medication asw, so this is like kind of "reaping" my effort
