Im doing great I mentioned in my recent threads few mins ago that I'm on day 6 of the 1000 calorie deficit and protein rich diet, so I eat a lunch with chicken or some other meat and like 2 eggs and a fruit as a snack like a banana or tangerine and that's it I want to lose body fat everywhere including my face I'm also sleeping way more and drinking more water like 2.5L /sodium flush/ so yeah finnaly beating that sloth inside of me
