What I would do if I was you is the following. If you haven't seen the proof of Pythagorean theorem before, I would try to proof it. Mathematically proofing basically means reasoning through a complex idea step by step. And the individual steps can be easily understood.

It will be hard with a low attention span. Writing down and drawing everything on a piece of paper should help.

I would be interested in your thought process and if you can do it, because I'm generally interested in how the human brain works.
