Specific skin care routine

Based off the picture here of my skin here, what should i do to fix it and what skin care routine should i do (that's available in stores and not prescription based)
i feel like (maybe im wrong) i deal with mostly clogged pores and black/white (i mix them up mb) heads

Jst go to a dermatologist- ppl be going to indiamart to buy tret and shit when you can go to a doc and get that shit easy. I went with the intention of asking for tret and before i got the chance they offered it along with another topical medication and a good personalized routine - trust, dont overthink its not like going to a doc to get trt lmao

Mb lowkey dnr allat, jst saw skin care req, uh for my dermatologist they recommended la rosche posse or wtv the brand is medicated face wash, make sure its that and not the gentle cleanser or wtv, and la rosche posse moisturizer 2x a day for both, but idk since im taking tret and that other antimicrobial topical, but yea if you want good results why not jst Rx max?
