Speech kinda failo

My speech is kinda fucked, not totally stuttering and spitting all over the place but i still sometimes stutter, and I feel like ny voice is kinda slimy/saliva. Any solutions? (Takinf a mucus dissolvent helps a little)

speech therapy and being more confident probably helps. had a kid in 7th grade who stuttered almost every word and he also talked very fast and by 8th grade his stutter was a lot less common and he spoke slower at a normal pace so maybe that'll help
