bone growth works in 3 stages:
1. physical trauma
2. woven bone formation
3. bone remodelling
the third stage is the limiting factor wrt time. however, it's important to note that the metabolic demand of stage 2 needs to be met.
This can be done via supplementation of:
vitamin C (Ascorbic acid)
Collagen
vitamins D3, K2 and Magnesium
zinc
without sufficient amounts of these, bones have been damaged for nothing.
to increase speed of stage 3 (bone remodelling), there are 3 main ways:
Low-Intensity Pulsed Ultrasound (LIPUS)
Sclerostin inhibition
Low-Level Laser Therapy (LLLT)
LIPUS:
Use the EXOGEN Bone Healing System (which has built in calibration for optimal remodelling)
this makes cells upregulate osteoblastic activity via high-frequency acoustic waves, upregulate the secretion of bone morphogenetic proteins (BMPs), and accelerates the conversion of woven bone to lamellar bone by up to 30-40% in clinical fracture trials.
Would need to brace skull during application
Sclerostin inhibition:
The monoclonal antibody Romosozumab has shown promise in significantly increasing modeling-based bone formation within the first 2 months of treatment, accompanied by a simultaneous decrease in bone resorption by inhibiting sclerostin
generic sides of increased risk of cardiovascular death, heart attack, and stroke. likely not for current use but worth keeping an eye on in the future
Low-Level Laser Therapy (LLLT):
photobiomodulation therapy (PBMT) in orthodontics (so jaw centered though likely applicable to rest of face) confirm that exposure to red and near-infrared light (600–1200 nm) scales up the synthesis of ATP, accelerating the localised alveolar bone remodeling while also helping to modulate pain and inflammation

out of all 3, LLLT is the safest and most effective.
This is not medical advice. i do not advise nor recommend anything stated in this post. anything done is at your own risk. this is purely scientific information.

Photobiomodulation therapy assisted orthodontic tooth movement: potential implications, challenges, and new perspectives - PMC
Over the past decade, dramatic progress has been made in dental research areas involving laser therapy. The photobiomodulatory effect of laser light regulates the behavior of periodontal tissues and promotes damaged tissues to heal faster. ...
