Spent 4000 dollars on a laptop and it won't even run cyberpunk at max settings

What the fuck is this boolchit. I had to turn it down to high settings with no ray tracing, and I still get lag and bad input. Overpriced piece of junk. I'm gonna return it as soon as possible. Even the 4090 that's in the laptop that is supposedly the best graphics card in the market can't handle basic games like Cyberpunk? What a scam. Do not buy this "desktop replacement" from amazon.

Yeh I was too foolish. I was running hogwarts legacy on max settings easily as fuck then I downloaded cyberpunk and I drop it down to high settings and still lag wtf is this. The only other explanation I can think of is that the government is hacking my laptop but idk
