bros ive been popping biotin, collagen, some random 'hair growth' capsules that tiktok girlies shill. my wallet is empty but my hairline keeps receding faster than my will to live. do these hair supplements actually do anything or am i just funding the vitamin industrial complex? anyone actually reversed a hairline or is it just cope?
