Specially if you have acne or something, it's possibly easier to identify the benefits.

The idea is derived from the fact that polynucleotides (PN) and polydeoxyribonucleotides (PDRN) present in salmon fish are now being used a legit procedure to improve facial parameters.

In clinical practice they would actually extract the polynucleotides and inject, but here on .org we do it raw.
All you need is just collect and apply, letting it sit overnight (several days a week at least).
Rub it well under your eyes as well, one of the main uses of PN is under eye treatments.
If you want you can try to microneedle first to increase delivery to the target cells.
I wouldn't inject the sperm.

I did this for a little because it was an old method and I remember thinking it it was actually making my acne worse. I was never doing it consistently tho so idk the full effects but as some one who does it on and off my skins pretty decent.

I have made threads about this but the mods take it down each time. The science matches up and did work for me. I was originally going to use PDRN for my acne scars, but then I realised why not just use my own sperm.

After about 5 weeks of experimenting (even using a dermapen with my sperm) I saw great results. My acne scars were reduced by an insane amount and my collagen was mogger asf. Unfortunately I did not continue with the routine, but I had a lot of other ways to experiment ie directly injecting under the skin. This reminded me that I should start up again.

Actually is not only about PNs it contains several amino acids, which are sometimes components of creams but are expensive and hard to find.
