spf 50 and cleanser ascended my skin somewhat

I just went through and deleted my old snap memories (most of which were selfies of myself jfl) and I noticed how much my skin quality had gotten better. My skin is still not perfect though, i might hop on niacinamide for maximum skin quality gains.

I started using ghk cu, ipamorelin and bpc and out of curiosity I stopped my skincare routine. I will never give (((them))) another cent, penny, dollar, euro, yen, NOTHING. Sunscreen is valid though but holy shit 3-4 weeks in and my skin is completely smooth. I didn't expect changes to be that fast. I still use sunscreen though but only water to wash face
