Hi everyone, I'm 16 and 6.4-6.5 feet tall. Could you please explain how SPF works? I really need vitamin D for medical reasons (I sometimes forget to take my pills (Detrimax 4000)). I wake up in the morning and my skin is red and peeling, almost all over my face. I want to tan without getting painfully sunburned.
