I’ve heard users mention the sphenoid.
What role does it play in facial aesthetics ?
 
it's the bone that controls symmetry. it's behind the maxilla. fucked up sphenoid = asymmetry everywhere in the body

pushing up your sphenoid bone by hard mewing will apply pressure in your brain and has many consequences
