Sphenoid correction or different cause?

Jaws are unsymetrical, eyes slightly uneven, nose shifted slightly to the right and ears somewhat not leveled. Eyebrows are also different thickness and height. Is it a sphenoid issue or habitual since i feel it could be explained by other factors like my tmj which never fucking goes away. Coping with okay harmony but symetrical face with same ratios would be so much more pleasing jfl.
Also cant find any ways to influence the shift of the sphenoid so if there is an enlightend one in the thread please share.
