Sphenoid rotation

If I have a left sphenoid torsion why does my nose deviates to the left? shouldn't it be the opposite? is my ethmoid bone trying to compensate the rotation?

dnr but sphenoid doesnt matter as much as people make it out to be, most of them are tiktokcels who wanted to find a new bone to use as there buzzword instead of maxilla
