Spider bite fucked my eye symmetry

Long story short, after the bite the area near the scar on my left eye bloated (completely covering my left eye for a couple of days), stretching the skin and giving me a nasty upper eyelid exposure.
This happened about three years ago (picture from then) but I'm tired of seeing this shit in the mirror.
Is there anything I can do about it? Would a Belotero filler fix this? Are there any other options? Should I buy some rope?

Just get fillers tbh. Not that expensive and I haven't heard of any side effects from gaining hooding like this.
