I had xray scans taken and the results are brutal and make me want to ropemax lowkey. Im 183cm, have been trying to fix my asymmetry for a while, and have been having poor muscular development.
Come to find out its because i have a severe thoracic tilt and my spine goes sideways... it could be worse but fuck me this will take over a year to treat. I pray to god that ill get 1-2cm of height gain from this. So yeah maybe visit your chiropractor if you have bad posture like me.
