Spine plates are open at early 18s

Spine growth is painfully slow, and even tho they are open u most likely won’t get shit without Hgh and igf1. There’s evidence to suggest spine plates stay open to early 20s but nobody actually gets shit out of them since it’s such slow growth and the body doesn’t allocate any resources to it. So u do need to blast Hgh or aomething tbh.
