and what can i do to maximize the growth of my spine?

well, do you think that's worth it at 15 years old? if so how many inches do you think i would possibly achieve

well known, unfortuntely every vertebrae contributes very little height. primary growth is from femur and tibia

tag him as well so he sees the message, i want to see if he has a response

well i think after 18 atleast a inch is possible which is still good especially for physique halo

what do you have to say about the fact that those contribute very little to standing height, those apophyses or whatever theyre called

@CyprusGD
That’s illogical. Look at how tall a baby’s back/spine is compared to their adult self. You’re saying you can’t grow 1-3 inches (which for me is big) based on this?

i don't know, that's the issue. my hope is that you're right, considering that the spine makes up around 1/3 of a person's stature.

i haven't bothered reading the screenshots, but still i'm just hesitant that there's THAT MUCH potential

and in your previous threads of the same topic people also shit on you

obvisouly theres a limit not just taking hgh will grow an inch but adding like frg3 inhibitors and wnt signalling would prolly help with it espeically with androgens

ok, fair. but when you say that "at least a inch is possible" what do you base this claim on?

alot of people grow after 18 im assuming cuz of spine growing till late 20s and also my brother grew past 20

anatomitcally you are right. the spine takes up 53% of the human body on average. but, every single vertebrae has a hard capped limit, not to be confused with the genetic height ceiling which can be surpassed with a variety of pharma such as fgfr3i, gh, winstrol, ky, letrozole and more, but essentially the spines additive capacity is undermined compared to the higher potential the tibia and femur possess

in practicality, why do you never see people above the age of 18-19 grow significantly taller? because all of the growth plates in their body that largely contribute to FAH are already fused.

spine is not a major contributor at all.

That’s not the topic of discussion. We are aware that the legs contribute more height. But my claim was that if ur in ur early 20s then you can possibly gain 1-3 inches of height with pharmaceuticals

or because their body doesn’t produce that much hgh? Or maybe because their growth plates are inactive. Growth plates can be open but inactive. But my guess is if we use enough exogenous hgh then maybe u can squeeze an extra 1-3 inches. Idk

i have no words other than i hope to every god that the human mind has ever conjured that "1-3" inches is an accurate or somewhat accurate claim

I pray man. I don’t see why it can’t be possible. Look at a baby’s spine length compared to their adult version. It’s half ur height 😭. I don’t see why 1-3 inches with exogenous hormones can’t be possible? Idk

idk man, if it was really as good as u say it would be largely preached way more often, and used clinically in 18-19 old patients.

That’s a fallacy. 18-19 year old patients don’t need to grow taller which is probably why it’s not preached. But anyway if they’re open until 25 then I don’t see why u can’t grow with exogenous hgh

dont "need" to grow taller? every single day i open this forum, open tiktok, ig reels, i see new methods for heightmaxxing, injecting period blood, heel bonesmashing, idk some fucking joint loaded spring on the leg, some fucking other method bpedpremed is releasing or sum shit.

if your method was great and superb, it would have already been discovered as an effective way to heightmax. spinal growth plates are just not a validated method

This is a fallacy. New things are being discovered. And it’s scientifically proven that injecting hgh when ur plates are open will cause height growth.

Yes they are? Your spine is like 50% of your height. Look at a babies spine vs their adult selves, massive difference in length.
"The ring apophyses are not inside the epiphyseal plate and are not involved in the longitudinal growth of the spine. During growth, they encircle the inferior and superior surfaces of the vertebral bodies... the Sharpey's fibers insert into the ring apophysis and thus anchor the intervertebral disc to the two adjacent vertebrae." — Costa et al.,Ossification and Fusion of the Vertebral Ring Apophysis, J. Clin. Med. 2021
Yeah you retard, the study I quoted literally admits that. However we aren’t discussing the vertebral ring apophyses nor are we saying it plays a role in longitudinal growth. The study itself is saying the GROWTH PLATES are open until 25. So why won’t exogenous hgh stimulate those plates and cause height growth? Even 1-3 inches?

you are really fucking dumb, keep doing the copes asshole

That's true but you're not growing 3 inches from your spine, if you're lucky enough even 1 inch lol

Very little spinal growth after the rest of your plates are closed 1-2.5cm max maybe 3 cm

Proof ? Ur spine grows many inches during puberty. It’s 50% of ur height. Why can’t u grow 1-3 inches from this?

Because spinal growth plates have a limit and they become narrow as you approach adulthood yes it keeps open till 25 but growth is limited if your spine suddenly grew 3 inches after the rest of the growth plates are closed it would look out of your proportions I think because your body should have the relative hand size, shoe size which close at younger ages
Yes your spine grows many inches during puberty but after your rest of the plates are closed the growth is limited to 1-3 cm 3 cm at max which is the top percentile of spinal growth
Again i am talking about spinal growth after rest of your growth plates are completely fused

Some good lifefuel for me the way the world is goimg they prob gon have something that makes ur fucking spine grow b4 I hit 25

None of this proves why 1-3 inches isn’t possible, you say it would look disproportional but nature doesn’t always work to scale. You say spinal growth has a limit, and yet the spine is 50% of your height. Look at a baby’s spine vs there adult self, the difference is massive. So to say the spine isn’t a massive contributor is false. If the plates are open, then using exogenous stimulus + an AI to keep the plates open longer should theoretically produce inches until it closes.

I mean some people grow like 2 inches in their 30's but that because of bone cancer... and HGH does increase the risk of getting bone tumours...

Yes 1-3 inches is theoretically possible with hormones
