i am starting to get sleep paralysis often, i notice it tends to happen more after i coomed but it could be placebo

every time i get it i sense a dark presence around and feels like a demon is attacking me, the one time it felt like it was actually trying to hurt me by squeezing my head into itself, it almost started to hurt as if my head was in a vice or somethin


anyone else have sleep paralysis experience


sleep paralysis- when you are inbetween sleep and conscious states, and you wake up consciously but you cant move anything or do anything as if you are sleeping,

you can start to scream for help but nothing happens

i get it 2 but I just try to go back to sleep then it subsides

I get sleep paralysis, like a darkness gets bigger and bigger and you just yell really loudly.

It's fucked, easy way to look completely mental in front of your whole family tbh.
