Is this a good upper day targeting aesthetics

What should the exercise order be

Upper Day:

Lateral raises x2

Incline press x2

Wide grip lat pulldown x2

Upper back row x2

Low row x2

Pec dec x2

Tricep push down x2

Preacher curls x2

Shoulder press x2

Exercise order depends solely on what YOU want to prioritise, the stuff you start out with first in a session is going to get more stimulus (theres lots of evidence in this) For example my muscle priority (for upper body) is chest back shoulders then arms cause im trying to bring up my chest mainly so i put it first

Would u reccomend me start with incline press instead of lateral raises as my chest is lacking in my opinion, however I still want to prioritise side delts as they are aesthetic

split is solid, but remember you don’t always have to do two sets; based on how well you recover try maybe even 3 or reverse it and do one. All I’m saying is don’t be so rigid when it comes to set numbers; you also might wanna add a jm press.

So flies and incline press then straight on to lateral raises and shoulder press?

Then back after

Alr Preciate the advice. If your able to I can also send me leg day over and u can give aside on that I barely train legs so need to start doing them.

What’s ur opinion on what order I should do them in

Upper

Incline press x2

Wide grip lat pulldown x2

Shoulder press x2

Upper back row x2

Lateral raises x2

Chest fly x2

Tricep push down x2

Preacher curls x2

Sam Sulek curls x2

Reverse curls x2

Is this upper day way too stacked. Want to throw in abs there aswell

Ps: I do 2x upper and 1x lower in a week

Yes that is a good split. No redundancy but like the other guy said if you feel like you can go do more than 2 sets then go for the third one.
