Split Lefort 3 into 2 procedures?

Since docs wont do a LF3, why not just do a high lefort 1, heal, then do the rest, like a zygomatic osteomety?

there is, it is called modified lefort 3.

tell him he's coping. obwegeser did mfl3 and moved lf1 area differently and lf3-lf1 differently.
