Spot treating tretinoin

I have a 0,05% isotretinion cream but I don’t wanna go through the purging phase since my skin rly isn’t bad at all. Do you guys think it’s useful to use it as a spot treatment on Nasial labial folds, crows feet, nose to reduce size and increase collagen only?
