Spreading red spots after tret for 3 weeks

Been getting these terrible red spots all over my body, and they have been spreading, anyone have any idea what it could be? I stopped using tret since Friday I think, but they have continued to grow

I would ask a dermatologist, if you’re allergic to retinoids it might be over for your skin

You can buy antihistamines otc from the pharmacy, theyre usually cheap

I’m not sure no, I mean to be honest my face looks pretty normal, it kinda burns after applying moisturizer, but it’s just the rest of my skin which has those spots (which is hives I’m pretty sure)
