I'm living at my father in law's house. Tired of teaching kids. Taking it easy for a little bit.
Ugh. Okay. So that's not England obviously or Germany. It looks post-war in the background. Ohhhh. That's Russia, uh?

China, Shandong province. Just outside of Jinan. Good clean living. The cold showers here aren't self imposed.

Ugh. China? I'm confused. You're holding a dog in one of the pics. Though I don't see any birds in the background which indicate China. Because they ate them all. Do you have a squatter, thus shithole, for a toilet? Though looking at that town in the background indicates the whole town's a squatter.

That's one of the only things I respect with China. Not lazy people. We're lazy and feel privileged. That's why we need to sit on a toilet. Ugh. But I hate that fucking government. I wish we could only nuke the government but not the very poor folks. The wealthy ones, fuck yeah! Blow them up into oblivion. Ugh.

Why isnt the toilet more high quality
It's just the way it is out here. That's how most public toilets are too. The worst is in the winter when you're all layered up and gotta hold the bottom of the door to keep from falling in.

It's a developing country. They got a lot of modern stuff too. China's a good mix of old and new.

Squatting to sh*t's actually a lot healthier. That's how the body was designed to take a dump. You sh*t more regularly, you get more of it out, your legs don't fall asleep, and you'r asshole's cleaner because it's easier to wipe when you're in that position.

Giga bad luck.
No, stupidity is more like it. As I got older I noticed I was blacking out more and more frequently than I did when I was young. In my 20s that was something that would happen maybe once every 3 years.

I'd been used to drinking baijiu, but I went to a party with a bunch of Africans and Russians on the outskirts of Shanghai. Everybody there was drinking whiskey and I overindulged. Switching to brown liquor when you've only been used to drinking light liquor can really hit you hard. Anyway, I should have known better.

That was almost two years ago. I havent drank any alcohol since. I'm the type of person that if I start drinking I can't stop until I'm drunk. I can't enjoy it in moderation. I just don't want to black out again and possibly ruin my life.

Good idea on going sober for you though ngl.

I guess these Russians were trying to help me to a cab when I fell. I'd also puked all over their apartment. It happened outside of an apartment complex. They called an ambulance and sent me to the hospital after that.

Maybe, I like it though. Gives my teeth some character.

One thing I've always fancied about myself is that most people, other foreigners, can't immediately tell I'm American. You know why? It's because of my teeth. Even before that happened I've never had the typical perfect white American smile. I've only ever gone to the dentist if I've got a root canal or something. Adds a little bit of intrigue to my overall character.

When me and my family moved around other countries people always thought we were Cuban or Spanish at first cause of us being "high caste" expats... it's a bit sad to think about but i'm not ashamed of my nationality/ethnicity.

Don't get it twisted now. I ain't never been ashamed of being American. I just like the intrigue is all. I don't like people being able to tell what I'm all about just by taking a glance.

This is the room we sleep in. We sleep in her cousin's abandoned house down the street to keep all the barking dogs from disturbing us at night. No electricity or running water, but it's very peaceful.

No that's what I meant lol. You and me thought about it completely differently. I felt a bit guilty about the fact that they thought I was from somewhere else, but I never actually cared really.

Perceptionwise definetly. The Cold War involved the country to some extent so I mean what do you expect after the end? The culture does seem pretty different compared to Mexico's... more Jazz than Mariachi stuff lol. Also simply because it's just us getting more failoed than them being haloed. People on this forum sort of undersestimate how much of a failo being a beaner really is nowadays... I might make a thread about it. Chinese people barely take Mexicans into account for anything unlike Americans, which are really the opposite.

My mom lived in Havana back in the 1990's around her early adult years, she said everything was very restricted.

Cuba much like the rest of the Caribbean's countries had plenty of slavery exports but Cuba had less native influence so ethnicity/blackpill wise? ...i'd say castizos/whitepassing spics are more common amongst Cubans. We Mexicans are mostly cholos lmao.

You mean Cubans who emigrated tend to be anti-communist and hence they have a good reputation in the west?

I'm into Cuban girl, that's why I'm curious. I once had a Mexican flatmate; he was a slayer. Tallish and looked like Spanish. Pretty good body too though not roided.

Dedsrs? I definetly look Latino/mixed just not Mexican at first sight.

Fluently just English and Spanish. I do think I missed out a bit on not learning other languages but the international schools I went to were all filled with American and Asian foreigners and local/Euro descended kids who had gone there most of their lives. I was still a kid in China and France so I never really socialized without an adult's attention.

Ye, Cuba is probably the country that would come up first and favorite on the mind of someone from an Antifa group lol.

You are happy right?
Yeah, of course. I'm the type of person who would be very happy living in a cabin way out in the woods without any modern amenities. I'm also happy living in a sprawling metropolis. Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) is my favorite place on earth though. My wife and I moved to where we're at now from Suzhou back in the beginning of November. We've got enough money now, and want to take a break from city life while waiting to go to America. Her case is in the final stages of processing.

My plan is to stay in the States for 3-7 years (long enough for her to get citizenship). While were there I'm gonna focus on investing while building a small homestead out in the sticks (perhaps Northern Louisiana). Then, after she gets her citizenship I want to move to Vietnam and start a business. If things go well I want to maybe buy some properties in Malaysia or Indonesia as well

Sounds like a plan. Good luck.

I'm a bit snob and I wouldn't enjoy living without modern amenities, but people are different and that's perfectly fine.

How's your Portuguese? Didn't you spend some time growing up in Brazil as well? I've heard Portuguese and Spanish are a bit mutually intelligible. I've heard that if you speak Spanish you can pretty much get by in Brazil. Everyone can understand you at least.
