This is actually legit and I’ve tried it myself. Definitely recommend to do daily

Sprinting 100m as a fast as you can increases your testosterone levels and releases more growth hormone

I’ve literally seen my cheekbones and brow ridge become forward grown and it helps lean your face down massively

Squats are good also. Honestly any exercise that works fast twitch muscle fibers is good.
