Yo guys, I have a QUITE SERIOUS question😤, should I sprint to increase my height, a few(VERY FEW) people say it works even though articles about sprinting in my country say it will work, Most people recommend gh injections because sprinting does secrete gh but it only helps with bone recovery and doesn't increase height. Should I sprint, I don't want to waste my time.(some important information: I'm 13 years old

Sprinting spikes hgh and igf1. Those hormones contributes the most to height.

It's is very very recommended to sprint (especially bc ur 13). I'd recommend 2 to 3 times a week, 20 to 30 meters per set, 2 to 6 sets, 1 to 2 minute rest per set.

I wish i was on org younger.. im capped at 5'11, did not sprint or knew about hgh
