I just came back from the track and bro I’m not sure why I didn’t start doing this earlier, sprinting is literally all pros with the hgh increase and test increase as well (but my growth plates could be closed so this could all just be cope 😂). Also how many times should I sprint a week? I’ve seen most sources say 1-2 times a week is the best
