distance running or short sprints?
any resistance training in general "Multiple studies have shown that resistance exercise can cause acute changes in serum testosterone concentrations. Circulating T-Testo has been shown to increase immediately after a bout of heavy resistance exercise and return to baseline or even decrease beyond that level within 30 min post-exercise [13]." https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articl...le studies have shown that,post-exercise [13].

See there is nuance in the study, it says it goes back down around 30 mins but without consistent training of course it would.

If there is any decrease it can either fall down to study being plain wrong, or that the decrease is so small that it would be meaningless.
HOWEVER ignoring both, it improves your androgen receptors so just go workout grey.

https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC7765240/ it stays significantly decreased 24 hours after exercise, dont get me wrong i love sprinting i used to do it thrice a week for months but if it does more harm than good then im better off just walking 10-15k steps a day

This is due to the recovery phase, those people were doing 24-sets of exercises total, they burned themselves out, however one thing i found super interesting was that it still increased DNA bonding significantly which if we takeaway the drop in testosterone serum and free testosterone while DHT and GH remained unchanged during the 24 hour period I think might be a fair trade but idk,
TL;DR: don't be scared to sprint just don't over train if testosterone is your priority

Sleeping enough and getting a good recovery after weight lifting boosts test, if you sprint non stop, overdo exercise you'll fuck up your test at least temporarily
