Basically asking this because Chico's lower third and entire face really is basically very average (in the sense of looking like an averaged picture). His midface is top tier but compared to other PSL gods his lower third was never insane which goes for averaged male pictures too, typically very GL but without really having a killer jawline

averageness is also attractive you dont need a very strong jaw to look good etc
