where does this difference come from??

why is it from square ramus bone -> inclined ramus ??

i had 4 impacted wisdom teeth removed 1 year ago, but i think this is not related?

left photo 2023 (54kg - 11% body fat)

right photo 2025 (65kg - body fat unknown)

Not sure. Ive always had incline rammus. Try to take a pick pulling your skin back to see if its body fat related even tho you dont have much
