no wtf. people get to 100kg after 3 months with a proper program and with enough eating. 140 is good and 180+ is extremely good.

108kg bench i’m kinda adding 1-2 kgs on it every session, it was 103kg 4 weeks ago
never tested my squat because i’m scared i wont be able to get up (i dont have guards) but via 1 rep max calculator it’s apparently 95kg ish
you're obviously doing everything wrong. i got to 100kg squat after 4 months and started with fucking 40kg. all of my friends that started lifting with me got to 100+ after around 4 months. get to 140 from 100 is harder and could take 6-8 months or so. my stats are very fucking normal. if you can't do 100kg squat after 4 years you're doing things wrong. it's not even about your genetics.

Never ever did I say someone with that progress, NEVER. Or is it me that doesn't eat enough or my genetics are just beyond shit.
it's not your genetics. literally every man that is able to go to the gym with 2 legs and a function core should be able to squat 100kg max but max after a year. 4 years isn't normal if you indeed tried and care about your squat.
My max was like 5x 100 kg but that was like 2 years ago, my squat is lower don't know why.

Probably not eating enough. I don't have much appetite and since I'm not an adolescence any more I don't really am that much hungry anymore.So your squat was stronger 2 years ago and you said you've been lifting for 4 years and still not there?
alot of reasons son, too many for me to cover. not eating? too much volume? and so on and on..
