Sometimes I wanna skip the gym so I don’t have to do them. I only do 5x5 but it takes me like 25 mins lmao.
I stopped gymcelling seriously for a couple of months and they went down by 20kg. Need to build momentum again.

Yeah Squats aren't really my thing either puts a shit ton of strain on my back and overall just feel
awful doing them ,so I instead switched to Bulgarian Squats

training legs is for faggots anyway

i only do 3x8 squats and them some calf raises on leg day then i move on to abs, forearms, neck and other shit that cant train on different days
