I wanna grow,but at the same time I wanna get lean and build muscles too
One of my favorite exercises to do is squatting,I heard it burns lots of calories while also improving muscles,but I heard that if you squat while growing,you make your body focus on your muscles more instead of your bone growth,and this stunts your growth. Is this true,or is squatting safe?
