Going to clinic for injections into ring muscle can help a lot.

In some cases, within 2 years you can actually cover a nice part of your baldness on the scalp.

However, if you're bald clean - it will help you reduce the costs of hair transplant.

Also, it's worth noting, that some headaches are related to the ring muscle being very tense.

Unfortunately, not many doctors are experienced in that field, so you ought to do it smartly with trial and error.

Any scalp tension causes hairloss.

And yes I can confirm when I started subconsciously squinting my temples hurt me (like nerve pain) and it started to recede!

Now I'm trying to calm down my eyes as much as possible.

You mean Botox injections in scalp?

it's actually in the muscles that wraps your head right above your ear - it's a bit like a ring.

Depending on how tense those are, you may get 1-2 shots in each side, and around 2 shots at the back to release the tension in those muscles.

The scalp itself basically has no muscles.

This should soften the skin on the scalp due to reduced muscle tension, which also should bring back the correct blood circulation. Thus the skin and hair follicles should receive enough minerals and vitamins to build actual hair and help it being much stronger.

How much you will grow out from it? - It's individual.

This is also a "therapy" for those that have placed baldness i.e. you have some small places that got bald.
It's often used by women tho.

Another part of therapy that actually works is to use stomach drops (mixed manually with 1:1 water).
Those are rich in herbals, so they nourishes the skin from outside.

But the problem is time - all those things are cheap and take time to take effect. And the aftereffects are also individual - some people are super pleased, some say it's not that much as they expected more.

However, I would recommend it as first step before doing hair transplant, as you'd like your head skin to be in it's best condition before investing in hair transplant.

anything else I can inject besides botox that might work? :feelshmm:

@chadtindermoney check in a clinic. I believe esthetic/beauty clinics do it on their basis now - those clinics that specialize in skin care, removal of acne bruises, botox in lips or other areas, or injections to reduce the fat (they inject some kind of acid that disolves the fat under skin).

At least in Europe it's more easy to find them and their services aren't expensive as well - for a guy it's also super cheap, because as men we don't really need that many of such services unless you really have some kind of heavy problem - then you would repeat a single service or set of services to get rid of that problem, or minimize it as much as possible e.g. acne bruises.

@PURE ARYAN GENETICS mmm, I think the doctors would tell you actually what they use and why. Botox reduces the tension in muscle, and it gets absorbed by the system so it's labeled as "bio".
Basically non-toxic substances that would release the tension in muscles - mixes of substances, etc.
That's basically the key to make sure your head is not under tension and pressure.

However, even if you go to clinic, I would recommend to check first in multiple sources what and how works.
Those kind of services target mainly women to cash them out, so it would be crap that in clinic they would give you some service that is not really much suited for you or there is an alternative that's cheaper by half lol.

Botox is well used because it's active timewindow is around 5-7 months, and has been tested and used in clinics for a long time along with huge amount of people on it.

This is exactly what happened to me.

I slept one day on July 2019 and woke up with traumatizing pain in my left temple.

Took me years to diagnose the condition.

I subconsciously, involuntarily tense my scalp especially my forehead/temples.

Well actually I tense most parts of my body which scalp is one of them.

The place where I feel pain got me hairloss.

When I calm down I feel like the blood circulation takes its normal course again. Which pain subsidies.

It's sort of better nowadays, by taking a muscle relaxant called Baclofen 25mg.

But as soon as the Baclofen effect starts to get lowered, the unsettling crawls back...

Also can't take more than 25mg, if I do I feel drowsy. Also I don't wanna increase my tolerance otherwise I think even 25mg a day won't do shit.

I hate the fact that I tense my face, scalp... Like WHY?

Once I feel anxious this shit happens, and gets me into a loopholes of anxiety = scalp pain = fear of hairloss = more anxiety and so on.

Thankfully my eyes are naturally hooded

Yes this is not a meme. Botox is used by some doctors to treat hairloss and it works.(botox relax the muscle) I read scientific studies about that.

Tho not sure how much squinting can damage...

Just do the ice hooding, muscle exercise and get botox if these doesnt work.

If you are prone to mpb just take fin and keep squinting tbh.
