- exercice, to improve bloodflow and oxygen to the brain, so things like running , cycling
- good night of sleep (this is obvious)
- eat food high in tyrosine, like animal products, chocolate, eggs, almonds, avocado, banana

fluid intelligence increases till about 25, and then decreases from there. crystallized intelligence is always increasing but interacts with loss of memory.
I wouldn't worry about it though.
increasing iq is really complicated and from what i remember you can if you go up a class? that may be just do to better nutrition and access to knowledge maybe? you cant really do it to be honest.
