Don't be unreasonable. You can lift hard as a mofo using machines, cables and dumbbells. Once you have your base barbells are overrated.Lol keep destroying your ligaments in public gyms with barbells that 50 year old roasties left their period blood on.
Meanwhile i’ll keep enjoying being 6’4, lean and athletic whilst eating junk food and drinking beer everyday.
