On this "after" picture, it really looks like he had just smashed his cheekbones. They look bruised and swollen, like an oedema.

I only watched a couple of his YT vids and therefore I'm not too familiar with his lore : has he ever admitted wearing heavy make-up ? i.e. drawn-on eyebrows, eyeliner (he doesn't have eyelashes, I believe), colored lipstick, etc. ... to be honest, that's what bothers me the most in his transformation ; it comes across as weird and gay. It works on a few selected pictures and in low-def video, but I don't see how it's a desirable situation in daily life and long term.

The main actual change on his face, besides additional mass from weight gain, occurred in the lower third. A lot of downward growth and broadening. Not sure anyone would naturally get that sort of growth late into puberty (I believe the top pic was taken in highschool, around 16-17 yo ; correct me if I'm wrong). He went from a philtrum-to-chin ratio of approx. 2, to 2.6 ! His nose-to-mouth width ratio also went from 1.4 to nearly 1.7 ... based on this before/after anyway.
