SSTR antagonists

What do yall know about somatostatin-receptor antagonists. Been looking into them and it seems like this was the root cause of Wadlow's heigh growth, his pituitary tumor caused these negative feedback loops to be innefective so he grew tens of cm above his genetic limit. Been looking into some ways to maybe recreate this to some extent, like SSTR antagonists. I've already found some, which partially get used in radiology. I haven't gone in-depth on this yet but I was just looking for some second opinions on this (maybe ppl already looked into it and it's garbage/ already worked out).

If it looks promising I will do actual research and probably post a large thread on it.
