I'm from Russia. I came to St. Petersburg, walked around for literally an hour and a half, and came across about 10 Chads and Chadlights. This was between 2 and 3:30 PM. I walked within a 3 km radius. They were all 190+. There were even more HTNs here. They were just fucking models. There are so many beautiful people here (guys especially), it's really nice to look at.
