Ive been shaving it for 6 months so idk if it will grow back thicker, im growing it back out to see if its thicker, im arab so i think it will be thicker

when u are actually able to fully grow one then yeah, your philtrum is really long it would help to balance it out

Unless you can rly pull it off and can grow a full stache, the answer is always clean shaven
