Depends on why she’s narcissistic and her looks level.

Average Beckies are narcissistic but aware of their looks level, which leads them to sleeping around as a means to get dopamine / validation.

Stacies are hyper-narcissistic out of nature and not out of their own volition, due to them being pampered their entire life and being given validation on a plate 24/7.
