Yeah i am asking for advice just thought when i start at 10mg my cholesterol wont get bad
Statins are harsh drugs, shouldn't use them without bad cholstreol. Also bad cholestrol at 15 isint so bad

Okay so without the statin and do bloodwork 6 weeks after start to check everything then optimize.

because you don't need it.

it only helps to fall asleep but doesn't improve sleep quality
