im 16 and im currently running 400 mg test and 25mg of aromasin twice a week on the days I pin test and 30 mg of var and 8 ius of Chinese gh. im going to add 400 mast so 1:1 ratio for the dimo. anything else I should add. ancillieires just tudca + nah and some fish oil.
