double erda dose to 6mg, you can titrate up the ky19382 dose to 2.5mg if you can afford it and please make sure its injectable and not oral since it is way more bioavaillable and its pretty easy to turn the powder into injectable subq ky19382 if u need me to make a thread on that igu. Swap metformin for Motsc 1mg Ed or 4mg e3d it terramogs and has way more benefits. Swap sevelamr for lanthanum because it terra mogs and do 1g lanthanum carbonate Ed and if bloods show hyperphosphatemia then increase as needed, ideally 1.5-2g max. Eye drops I'm assuming ur referring to dorzolamide which is definitely the best eye drops out there fs and yeah just make sure to get bloods and mainly look for insulin/phosphate level changes and ur good bhai

well the thing is it would be more conveneint to take ky orally for me, but woudnt it be fine to take 5mg oral, cuz its around 15% bioavaliable comparred to injecting and that would be 0.75mg injected.
