What should I include in my stack for a beginner if I looking to maximize my height and bone growth at 🔄 71. Muscle growth is also wanted but more specifically my bones. Also is there a way to mitigate the side effects to extremely low and almost no risk?
 
Oh shi, does lm not care about being below 18, im 17 just used to the tiktok guidelines
LM, thats a pretty cool abbreviation you've got there, the best bone GROWTH stack for a 17 year old is raw milk + erdafitinib = holy slayer
