mt2 250 mcg before uv exposure
astaxanthin 4 mg ed
zinc 15 mg ed
selenium 100 mcg ed
omega-3 fish oil (epa + dha) 2000 mg ed

it’s pretty simple, low risk and obviously isn’t gonna do TOO much as it has no
anabolic steroids, androgens, supraphysiologic hormones, antidepressants / psychiatric meds or extreme fat loss like DNP.

Is there anything I’m being stupid by not adding.

I’ve taken just reta before and know how to manage side effects.

yeah you're probably right about the overlap, i'm definitely running a lot of things at once and it would be a nightmare to troubleshoot if something feels off. A lot of them are just for health rather than LM but I guess health indicators are a huge factor in looks.

i'm definitely skipping the testosterone though. the side effects like cystic acne, high blood pressure, and potential hair loss aren't worth it to me, this is just for now tho I’ll have to see what I look like lean asf and good colouring before I consider roids.

even with the current stack there is some slight risks oral minoxidil is bad for the heart and can cause fluid retention or weird heart rates. But realistically it’s not risky at all to do as a whole.

and taking that much zinc and selenium daily can actually lead to mineral imbalances or even toxicity that makes hair fall out anyway.

ig to trim it down i'd probably drop the biotin and choline first since those are likely redundant with my diet and the multi anyway. also cut the selenium down or remove it entirely to avoid the toxicity ceiling. i eat hella eggs anyway.

Wellll yeah ofc a growth hormone and testosterone are gonna be better than a collection of health supplements no shit

I’m trying to make a good one for me WITHOUT those for obvious reasons. Reta is fine tbf

Might aswell take test and stop aromatasization or whatever it’s called:Comfy: but again I don’t prefer it shits very crazy and dangerous if not smart about it

Idk, Just have a deficit and eat a lot of meat(very filling)
