could u give some advice on what to do? ik sleep, sun, get lean, diet and work out but is there anything else i should do / take? i think my eye area and colouring are some weak areas, could u lmk some other and what to do? thank you!
 
if i was in your position again i would just gymcel and cut for 3-6 months and than lean bulk. Should give you a decent physique by the time you're 16-17.

Also build a good cardio base, very underrated
