Anyways my thoguhts so far, Tren loves me so far ive had no sides except for running like a heater i wake up drenched its expected,

Ok no pictures yet as i got a bit watery these last couple days since ive just been downing cals but im tightneing up now weeks 4-8 as im gonna introduce SD for 8-12.
Starting stats 6'3 82kg 14-16%
Current stats 6'3 89kg 13-14%
Its hard to tell if im that much leaner abs are way more pronounced but i look leaner than i auctually am since my delts are popping like crazy my whole upper body and frame looks much bigger now, All lifts have went up like crazy im repping the 18kg db for lat raises now, I used to only do the 12's, Im taking my time tho if i push my self on weight im gonna tear something which wouldnt be ideal, Ive had to switch my whole program around since i full stacked all the machines so i do mostly iso's now.
DIET:

Gonna keep protein higher again tho since i weigh more again but i used to priotise protein over carbs alot like i was doing 250p+ but holy fuck was i wrong carbs are so much more important and FUCK FATS, id eat 40g if i could but chicken breast isnt lean enough
same with meats. Anyways diet is literally rice chicken whey cerals oats fruits sugar (yes pure white sugar on my fruit bowls 1g sugar= 1g carbs dawg) carb only sauces, breads,dairys but yeah basically same shit everyday tbh i eat nearly all my calories at night tho the only meals i really care about is my pre and post workout the rest are filler to keep me full since reta is useless asf.

tren is such a looksmax ive been going crazy on the quickadd, i dont get that horny from the tren tbh i get like no mental sides but it does make me a lil more high libidio ofc. Im currently got a line up of like 4 baddies on quickadd and this hot fucking 22 year old russian chick that doesnt believe im 16. tren has improved my physique so much so far its been insane i cant wait to add in superdrol and drill size into my frame, Tren lowkey makes you not care about anything ethier your confidence cannot be stopped you cannot be humbled so im just texting stacys all day setting up the next hookup
