a whole lot of unhealthy brain:feelshmm:
What was really unhealthy was when I combined Wellbutrin+Caffeine for a nootropic 10-20% brain boost at the cost of higher psychosis risks.

Bro coffee isn’t good for you, also doing nootropics for brain boost is not optimal . A good diet and sleep unironically is the best for brain health.

I have a d2 dopamine signaling issue in my brain, hence the Schizophrenia. But I'm taking it easy for my brain's sake.

On the higher end, 400 mg, that's about 4 cups of coffee.
Bro that can’t be healthy , I had 3 cups the other day and thought I was dying.

What does that do?
Here’s a quick breakdown:

Neurogenesis: Lion’s Mane stimulates something called Nerve Growth Factor (NGF), which helps your brain grow new neurons and repair itself. That’s extremely rare — very few supplements can do that.

Memory & Focus: Some small studies showed Lion’s Mane improved memory, focus, and mental clarity — especially in people with mild cognitive impairment or brain fog.

Neuroprotection: It may protect the brain from aging, inflammation, and even degenerative diseases like Alzheimer’s (though more research is needed for strong proof).

Mood: There’s evidence it reduces anxiety and depression symptoms by improving brain plasticity

Yeah I heard mushrooms have insane benefits, just stay safe if your prone to mental health issues.

Replace caffeine with modafinil and add in alpha gpc 300mg and noopept nasal spray 5mg, ginkgo biloba 120mg. You won’t regret it, closest thing to the limitless pill imo. Increased my motivation and focus and improved my natural state of mind

How do I get modafinil?

Nice! Thanks. Do you know where I can get Adderall or is Modafinil just as good?
Adderall is more controlled so it’s very hard to get without a prescription but I would say modafinil is just as good.
